At Ren, we’re committed to getting your pieces to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume drops or seasonal launches, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you posted via email if that’s the case.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to select countries. International shipping times vary based on destination and customs but generally arrive within 10–21 business days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Issues & Delays
We are not responsible for delays due to:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
Carrier issues, weather disruptions, or customs delays
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received — we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an item is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address or choosing signature confirmation (available by request).
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some limited drops may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order. Please allow extra production time, noted in the product description. You’ll still receive tracking as soon as it ships.

RETURNS
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached (if applicable)
Item must be free of scents, marks, or wear
Returned in original or protective packaging
Final Sale items, vintage garments, and swimwear bottoms are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items if the requested piece is in stock. We recommend reaching out quickly — our limited drops move fast.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
How to Start a Return
Email us at renxest@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address.
Pack and ship the item back using a carrier of your choice or request a prepaid label (fee may apply).
Return Exceptions
Vintage Pieces: Due to their unique and one-of-one nature, all vintage items are final sale.
Swimwear Bottoms: For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms are not returnable.
Final Sale Items: Marked down or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
