Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. and internationally to select countries. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days. International shipping may take 10–21 business days depending on customs and location.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer express and expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a fit guide. If you're in between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us for specific measurements or fit advice.

Are your pieces unisex?
Yes — most of our styles are designed to be genderless and worn how you feel best. We encourage styling across size and gender lines.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our drops are limited release and may not return. If something’s gone, sign up for restock alerts or follow us on IG @renxest for updates.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must have original tags and packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return?
